A South Coast pallet supplier built for trade timescales
We supply, deliver, collect and recycle pallets across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex — every type, from one pallet to weekly contract volumes, with the export packaging our local shippers depend on.
Who we are
Pallets are the job, not a sideline
South Coast Pallets exists because too many businesses were juggling one supplier for new pallets, another for used, someone else for export packaging and a waste contractor for the empties. We do all of it from one place.
Our customers are warehouses, manufacturers, exporters, fulfilment centres, builders' merchants, food and drink producers and small trade businesses along the coast. Some order once. Some order every Tuesday. Both matter.
The commercial reality on the South Coast is that export volume through Southampton, Portsmouth and Poole drives a lot of pallet demand, which is why heat-treated ISPM15 stock is a core line for us rather than a special order. But we are a full-range supplier: new and used timber, Euro and UK standard footprints, plastic, presswood, collars, crates and bespoke builds.
One thing we deliberately do not offer is pallet storage. We are a supply, delivery, collection, recycling and packaging business. Keeping stock moving is what lets us quote quickly and deliver fast.
How we work
Six things we hold ourselves to
- Quote the same working day, with a real price and a real date
- Recommend the cheapest pallet that does the job properly, not the dearest
- Say no when a spec will fail rather than sell it and argue later
- Grade used stock consistently so repeat orders arrive the same
- Keep export stock treated and marked so shipments are never held up
- Answer the phone — the yard is on the other end, not a call centre
Sustainability
Reuse first, repair second, recycle third
Timber is the most reusable transit material we have. Every pallet that goes back out instead of being scrapped saves the cost and carbon of a new one, which is why collection and reconditioning sit at the centre of what we do.
Nothing to landfill
Pallets beyond economic repair are dismantled for sound boards, then processed into chip and biomass feedstock, with metal fixings recovered separately.
