How we specify
Send us the load, not just the size
A pallet has to survive handling, transport, stacking and sometimes storage on beams at height. To get it right we ask about weight, weight distribution, handling equipment, journey and reuse — then build to that.
Give us dimensions, load weight, how it will be lifted and where it is going, and we will come back with a specification: timber sizes, board spacing, entry type, block or stringer construction, and whether heat treatment is required.
Have a sample or a drawing? Even better. We can copy an existing pallet, improve one that keeps failing, or work from a CAD drawing of the product itself.

Skid bases and export pallets
Heat-treated bases for machinery and one-off consignments, marked for ISPM15 so overseas shipments are not held at the border.
